My car had a flat tire on the morning of January 15th. Roadside service found a screw in the tire and put on the "donut" spare. I called Diver Chevrolet at 9am and asked if they could evaluate tire.
They were able to fit me in for an appointment and one hour later my car was ready to go. Out of pocket cost about $35 to fix tire.

Yesterday we purchased a new car and our Sales Consultant was Dave Gershman. We came in knowing what we wanted and Dave immediately helped us find exactly that. Throughout the process he was attentive, courteous, and helpful. He answered the questions we had and the ones we hadn't yet thought to ask.
After completing the purchase Dave took the time to walk me through all of the options and settings in our new car. And he also helped me get both our new vehicle and old car home. We are very happy and plan to be returning customers.
I noticed a gas smell in my truck (2012 Silverado 145k miles on it) - and was not close to my local garage. I was about a block from Diver - had never been there - and just didn't have a choice. I checked in and Steve in service had a quick look - and said he would try to get in on the schedule (this was Friday afternoon - about 4 PM). He gave me the estimate (squirrel chewed the gas line).
Saturday morning Service called and said it was done! And below estimate! GREAT service!
It was pretty easy process, probably the easiest. Didn't have to haggle, nor did I get pressured to purchase additions. Salesman (David) was very thorough when going over the truck. He explained everything I needed to know before I rolled off the lot.
If it is really this easy to purchase a car, we may come back and get my wife's next car from Diver.
